Send each Oneida County request to the office that created or maintains the record:
- Court case files: see criminal court case records, or contact the clerk of the court that heard the case
- Criminal histories: use the Wisconsin Department of Justice Crime Information Bureau
- Arrest, booking, and jail records: contact the Oneida County Sheriff's Office
- Name-based Wisconsin record checks: order through the Wisconsin Online Record Check System
- Police reports and incident records: contact the agency that wrote the report
- Expungement: consult the Clerk of Circuit Court about the case file and Wisconsin court forms
